My name is Paul Mills and I have had Labrador Retrievers for many, many years. My first one was Ziggy in 1988. He was a wonderful dog. I do not compete in field trials but mainly use my dogs for picking up at various shoots during the season. For 10 years I had a boarding kennels in Somerset which was an ideal situation for starting my own line of Labradors. It was here I started 'Lattiford Labradors' and my first bitch was Hillridge Denise called Heidi. Over the years she had four litters. I kept a daughter from the first litter called Elsie (Lattiford Arva) and the fourth litter called Keeley (Lattiford Enniskillen). I now have GrandDaughter Magic (Lattiford Gowna), Great Granddaughter Poppy (Lattiford Juniper Island).  Great Great Daughter Breckon(Lattiford Monasterboice).Breckon has just had her first litter born March 2020.  We kept a bitch, Great Great Great Granddaughter Molly Malone (Lattiford Queenstown). I only  usually have one litter per year so I am a very small hobby breeder. 

In 2008 I became a Kennel Club Assured breeder and now in 2021 I welcome my youngest son Christopher as a joint KC Assured Breeder (PJ & CJ Mills). First and foremost my dogs are pets and have proved time and time again to be real family treasures. Their placid, obedient and friendly temperament is known far and wide, and my puppies are now spread across several countries/continents. Puppies have gone to Wales, Scotland, IoM, Jersey, Germany, USA, Australia and across England .
